Tube Drawing Workshop No.4 had been put into operation and it is still one of the newest Workshops of Nikopol Yuzhnotrubny Plant.
2003
As the result of restructuring of Nikopol Yuzhnotrubny Plant JSC the decision to establish the Nikopol Tube Plant State Enterprise on the basis of Tube Drawing Workshop No.4 has been taken.
2008
OSCAR Production Group has acquired the assets of Nikopol Tube Plant State Enterprise and has carried out large-scale of reconstruction and modernization works.
2011
OSCAR Production Group has acquired assets of tube press workshop SE Scientific and Research Pipe Institute and has carried out reconstruction and modernization of the manufacture.
